TMP is an engineering company focused on the development and implementation
of industrial installations and equipments for solid processing.
Its business areas comprise processes such as breakdown, transport, drying,
grinding, storing, granulometric classification and delivery of granual materials.
The company projects its acknowledged capacity as an engineering company in
each case of servicing its clients. Our customers comprise the complete range
of functions within the field of solid processing.
TMP’s business environment includes performances in different sequential
activities:
- The engineering of a more suitable process line, considering the implementation
of a new industrial installation on site.
- Detailed definition of all constituting plant elements (structures,
equipments, auxiliary elements, control systems, electrical system, etc.).
- Subcontracting and tracking of TMP’s developed and manufactured
elements.
- Acquisition and tracking of developed and manufactured elements by
TMP’s providers.
- Component transport coordination to final destination.
- Subcontracting and monitoring assemblies on plant.
- Commissioning.

Considering the aforementioned business areas, TMP’s services can be
classified in different alternatives as follows in terms of typology and intensity:
Technical assistance
Includes technical support to resolve punctual process problems, technical
advising, provider management, project assembling and commissioning executed
by customers, as well as assisting technical offices or engineering departments
developing projects for a third party.
Technical auditing
It typically comprises carrying out studies, gathering of installation data,
analysis and status reports allowing for improvements and remedying shortages
of operative processes, as well as consultancy services to optimise installed
performance and their techno-economic relations.
Basic process design
At this stage we carry out a project drafts, definition of process lines,
basic dimensioning calculus, investment evaluation, implementing studies,
etc. TMP’s engineering activities give services that allow its customers
to see preliminary design and the economic feasibility of a future project.
Detail engineering
We have now reached the level where we execute projects, dimensioning calculus,
construction drawings, assembly drawings, electrical diagrams and specifications
etc., i.e. engineering services that allow our customers to build and start
production in new installations.
Turnkey installations
Providing our customers with this kind of projects, we execute the whole
project in all its phases, including basic definition, detail engineering,
building, assembly and commissioning of all necessary elements and services
for its completion.
Continuous engineering services
It comprises an offer of carrying out the functions of an integral technical
department on a continuous basis, formalized by a contract with our customers
as an assistance in the development of new project, optimising operative
installations, complying with maintenance schedules etc.
